    Submittals - Old Revision Alert

    It would be nice if an old version of a submittal had some sort of alert at the top to notify the user that the version is not current. Similar to how the Drawings handle old versions with the red banner across the top of the screen.

    Change the UI for adding files to records to Trimble Connect

    When we add files to records from Trimble Connect as the FMS we see the 'old FIle Library' UI where we can search our files. We want to search our files directly in the Trimble Connect UI. Can this be changed?

    Checklist item assignment does not include the Checklist item number in the notification text.

    I see that the item description is included in the notification, but the number is not. I can see from a user perspective this would be a bit easy to miss. Please include this in Checklist item assignment notifications.

    Like the added equipment section on daily reports. Would be good also to have sections for material deliveries and for meetings. Also would be good to have a section that tallies weather delays.

    Email a form once filled out

    It would be nice to be able to email a fillable form from the file library directly from the form itself once it's filled out.

    File Folder Permissions

    Permissions should not be viewable to anyone but Administrator. There is no point showing someone what they should or should not have access to and how much access they have.
