    Arrow Keys Should not Increment Values

    When working in the PCO module, using the up and down keys on the keyboard currently increments the dollar values up and down. We would like for it to instead move the cursor to the cell above and below.

    Dedicated Question & Answer field for RFI

    Currently the Question and Answer field are part of the RFI comments. To increase clarity when reviewing RFIs it would be beneficial to have a dedicated Question and Answer field on a dedicated tab.
