    Add subcontract and purchase order dollar amount threshold approval functionality.

    Add functionality to allow subcontract and purchase order approval levels/workflow, specifically to include dollar amount thresholds, i.e., any subcontract over a certain dollar amount requires approval by certain individuals.

    Drawings - Set Annotations to Public by Default

    Currently all annotations start as "Private". It would be great if we had an option to default the visibility to "Public" for all annotations.

    The Dashboard allows you to include widgets that indicate items that are over due. It would be helpful to be able to run a report from that widget to show all overdue items.
