Add New Forecast Over Under To Calculate from Current Budget Not Projected

We forecast based on pending commitments in the totals but not pending budgets. The Forecast Over Under is including the Projected Budget not the Current Budget. We need a new Over Under that takes the Current Budget - Forecasted Cost.

Because of the existing formula, we must now rely on reports printed to pdfs or spreadsheets which is not ideal

    Agreed. We would like to see the following:

    1. Porfolio/Project Setting to choose whether the Forecasted cost uses Current Estimate or Projected Estimate.

    2. Porfolio level custom calculated columns.
