Share Locked Records Only with Entire Project

The restricted statuses are a nice step into workflow for submittals, but if we allow Subcontractors to change statuses and Share the Submittals with the entire project, they would be able to change other subcontractors' submittals in those status...

Closing Assignments in Meeting Minutes, RFI's Submittals, etc.

When you assign a person an item or issue, and then close the item ProjectSight should automatically close the assignment as well. You would almost never have a closed item with the assignment being open. THis helps keep the information in Project...

Meeting Invite Added To Outlook Calendar

When sending a meeting invite it would be nice to be able to save it to each team's calendar. We are currently sending the invite plus a calendar invite.
