Add Import/Export Function to Checklists

Similar to other modules where an import/export function is available (such as the Submittal Module) it would be helpful to have that function available to checklists as well - especially for the initial creation of the checklist record.

Ability in Daily reports to change Man Hours without modifying the worker count.

Currently if the man hours are not equal to 8 per worker. The worker field will automatically be reduced to partials. So 2 workers with 10 manhours changes to 1.25 workers.

Create Weekly Reports for both Submittals and RFI's based on Status and Closed Date during a selected timeframe. Typically the last 7 days.
