Checklist Notifications should call out the Subject Line in the Email

When ProjectSight sends out notifications for Checklists, it should call out the subject line of the Checklist. Currently there is no indication what the checklist is for other than the project it's related to, the type of checklist, it's status, and the module. There's nothing specifying what exactly that checklist is requesting.
