Remove Headers on Attachments

Please add to Administrative Settings the ability to suppress attachment headers. Certain necessary file names can become very long and look unprofessional with the attachment being part of a contract generated out of ProjectSIght.

Different Reports by Status

We use the status to differentiate kinds of reporting. We can only have one report notification for all status changes. It would be handy for us to be able to make different reports depending on the status.

History of notifications when publishing drawings and specifications

Please add feature to keep a record of date, time and who the notification was sent to for drawing and specification updates from the ProjectSight platform. This is intended to keep a record of when the subcontractors were notified of plan updates.

Give the ability to move linked annotations, once a link has been made.

Once an RFI has been clouded and linked to a drawing sheet, the annotation can't be moved and can cause drawing visibility problems. See the attached snippet for an example.

The PCO, COR and CO dashboards should have totals on the grid as an option or displayed on the top right like Spectrum.

For the File Library Add consistent Indexing for text in uploaded PDF documents.

Clients often have to search through documents for keywords contained in the PDF documents. Currently it only seems to search title keywords successfully.

More formatting options

it would be nice to have a way in the portfolio settings to format all of the checklists to either all capital letters, no caps, or first letter in each word capitalized.

Multiple record reports do not have an option to include all attachments. They do not want them separated.
