    Make 'Notes' NOT a required field

    The 'Notes' tab under drawing sets has recently become a required field. Please make this not required again as having to fill this out for every drawing tends to be disruptive.

    When deleting Contact a prompt states linked to a default assignee.

    It would great if the error message for deleting a contact when there is a default assignee, if the message would include where the default assignee is located. Otherwise the client is searching every form until it is found.

    Link Spec Sections from Subcontracts to Subcontract Change Orders

    If we are adding Spec Sections to our Contracts (Subcontracts) to track our costs, when creating SubCOs, there is no Spec Section so we can only get Original vs Current by Spec. We need to see changes by Spec.

    General Invoice item numbers do not re-sort correctly after adding more than 9.

    I have submitted this as defect, but it was rejected, PS-46695. As a result I am submitting as an idea to provide a method for users to more easily reformat the item numbers with preceding zeros rather than having to do it manually.

    Modify a Excel Sheet file while in Projectsight

    We use a excel sheet to track a 6 step process. This is called a QPL (Quality Process Log) Currently PS It has to be downloaded,saved, then re-uploaded. To much work as this may be accesed several times a week. Not convinant at all.
