Daily Report Quantities

We need the ability to tie in quantities in the Daily Report to progress in Vista when part of TC1

Daily Reports - Show Budget Code Description in Addition to Budget Code

Would like the required fields listed in the Field Attributes when the comment is required such as RFIs and Notices to Comply.
