Bulk File Upload to Comments

Currently, when using the bulk comment feature within modules like Submittals, RFIs, and Action Items, it is possible to add the same text comment to multiple items at once. However, if I attempt to include a file attachment along with that bulk comment, the file only attaches to the first item selected, while the text portion goes to all selected items.

It would be extremely helpful if both the text and any attached file could be applied to all selected items when posting a bulk comment. This would save significant time and ensure consistency when distributing the same reference material or supporting documentation across multiple records.
