    Different Reports by Status

    We use the status to differentiate kinds of reporting. We can only have one report notification for all status changes. It would be handy for us to be able to make different reports depending on the status.

    Drawing Set Rev Starting Number

    Currently, when you upload your first drawing set the REV defaults to "O1". This does not make sense, it should default to "OO" as this is your first version of the drawing set and not a revision.

    add company/contact to custom fields

    A lot of data fields can already be added as custom field to the records. It would be helpful if company and contact lookups could be added as well.

    Sort Distribution List by Company

    Be able to sort the distribution list by company so you can make sure everyone is on the list. Having to just scroll through the people you have already added leaves a lot of room for error.

    Visual indication in lists of items with photos linked

    Client requesting, in punch items but would apply system-wide, the ability to indicate in the list which items have photos attached. Similar to seeing the attachment 'paper clip' icon in Outlook inbox.
