Change Contact Search Filters to only show valid options for the project

When using the search for "Assigned to, or Company etc" the dropdown search box isn't filtered to just users or companies on the specific project, but instead is all users and companies in the whole portfolio. Shouldn't this list filter to be project specific based on access, we don't want people to choose a company or individual who isn't even assigned to the project, nor do we want to essentially publicize the entire list of all the users and companies we have invited.
