    Include the project number as part of the document number so that it's easily identifiable outside of ProjectSight. Example: Purchase Orders Project number might be XYZ123PO numbers auto-increment and might look like:XYZ123-001XYZ123-002XYZ123-003...

    History Filter & Search Options

    The history of a record can become really cumbersome to scroll through. It would be great if you could filter the history by specific actions. For example, POs tend to have a long history that includes all of the actions within that record as well...

    A button to resend an invitation to ProjectSight/a Project without having to delete and re-add users.

    This would be useful because then you would be able to quickly and easily resend an invitation without having to go into the portfolio settings and delete a user and then having to re-add that user back in and relinking them to a project.

    Mark ups/drawings on Photos

    Ability to annotate/draw/stamp on photos attached throughout ProjectSight. Create a Stamp Tool(similar to a tool on the drawings): with a time stamp, today's date/date, arrow(s), text box etc.

    Need ability to restrict workflow status at project level

    Currently, anyone can update a project to "Closed" but need ability to restrict this to Admins, similar to how other workflows allow restrictions.

    Retainage Tracking at Budget Level

    Clients are asking for the ability to see the retainage withheld at a budget level and not just at the Contract Invoice level. Having this capability would be very beneficial for a complete financial view of the project.

    On the Checklist record client wants the ability to add assignees and those assignees to be approvers.

    The Checklist limits the approvers to what is selected as approvers in the template. Also Assignees can be added per Checklist item, but that is a lot of clicking to assign a user to all the checklist items. Hundreds at times.

    Make the order of the tiles customizable.
