Open multiple drawings at the same time on the mobile app

Make it easier to have multiple PDF's (drawings) open at once, as it's hard to flip between drawings currently.

Crew Time in Daily Reports - allow copying

The crews can be set up with a default start and stop time. We have large crews with staggering shifts. It would be handy to edit one person and copy the time to the others with the same staggering. PTE allows this.
