In the weather tracking section of the daily reports it would be good if the reports recorded the source for the weather information and the zip code for which the weather information applies. The reports may need to be used to justify weather related delays and the owners may request sources for the information.

There should be an option to modify the crew from the daily report

The user should be able to add or delete workers to/from the crew from the labor entry dialog. Static crew setups don't allow for daily changes in workforce. If a crew is missing a worker or a worker was replaced it is cumbersome to have to modify...

Ability to Create Multiple Daily Reports for a Single Date

Currently, you can only create one daily report per day. Many projects include multiple buildings, phases, etc. each with different superintendents and subcontractors. These projects need to keep their daily reports separated for multiple reasons....
