Need to follow payments on an approved AFP or Invoices.

Project manager don't like to fight for payments but it is a must do. I don't want to ask accounting each time I need a summary off dues.

Allow the Contract Number to be customizable

Most Contracts are not called 001 - they have a specific number.

When you click on the pulldown menu for cost codes in changes, the list does not come up in the order of the cost codes and has to be sorted first to find the cost code.

Quote requests

We would like a quote request section to be created. This would allow us to send out quote requests by email. Quote access would NOT be shared between trades...We would like our trades to have the ability to upload the submitted quote.
