Larger Viewing Area on Payment Application Screen

It is near impossible to see the lines for the payment applications on smaller monitors. Can this be reformatted so we can scroll down in the main screen or a pop out to see the line items we must bill.

Add "Created By Company Name" to the DailyWork_WithDetailedLabor XSD

Right now you can only display the Created By Contact Name in a report using the DailyWork_WithDetailedLabor.xsd file. The Created By Company Name should also be an option.

Add ability to name pages within a pdf.

It would be very useful in large documents like specs, to be able to add labels to pages that show on the left side thumbnails. Since the page names don't transfer with the pdf into the system, this would be a nice feature.
