Nomenclature Changes Follow Through

When you change the nomenclature of a lookup list it updates on the form but not in the Lookup List maintenance area. This makes it difficult to maintain if the maintenance window does not reflect what is seen on the form.

Checklist Default Values for specific Fields

Create a field in Checklist template builder that would allow to enter a default value. For Example: Field Name Instructions (text): and be able to enter a text that can be shown on a published template.

OCR User Highlighted Regions in Specification Module

Ability for the user to use the OCR highlighted regions tools (currently found in the drawings module) within the specifications module. This would extract data found within the defined regions into the report fields.

Under the file library it would be good if there was a setting in which you could set preferences for how you view the file list, whether as a list or as windows. It always comes up as windows, but I would prefer a list. I can hit the view button, but that is just another keystroke that is unnecessary.

Would be better if assignments on reports included the company name rather than just the contact. Seeing only the contact, people may not recognize what company and/or trade is associated with the name when reviewing the report.

Ability to Create Upload/Create Drawing Set & Specification Set from File Library

When uploading/creating a drawing/specification set, there is no option to choose files stored within the file library of the selected project. It would elimnate having to reupload these files if they are already stored in the file library folders.
