Report Audit Tracking

Can a History Tab be added to reports? Or at least a Created By / Last Modified By? Keeping track of who created custom reports or when they were added to the system would be extremely helpful. We use the notes field to update when something was added or created when we remember but having the system automatically tag that information would help companies with multiple Administrators and Portfolios keep track of changes.
