Drawing Markup Stroke Styling

We would like to be able to configure the stroke type for annotations, similar to Bluebeam. Please see attached example.

Add Text to Any Markup Type

We would like to be able to add custom text to any markup type. Today, you can only add text to the basic square markup, but not the cloud markup. We would like to be able to add text or labels to any markup type.
