Copy Drawing Annotations and Paste in Another Location on Drawing in Drawings Module

It would be very nice to have the ability to copy a drawing annotation and paste it to another location and then edit it instead of having to recreate a exact annotation over and over when the same issue exists in multiple places on the drawing.

The Mobile for Phone does not seem to contain the option to add a file in the Labor section of the Daily Reports Like in Web.
