Update Buttons to Use Form Nomenclature

We need the ability to change the buttons on the PCCO form.

We have changed Change Order Requests to Authorization Requests but there is no way to change the 'COR' button to be 'AR'.

This can be confusing for users when the nomenclature is not consistent all the way through.
