Create Record from Checklist

When working in Checklists on the mobile app we would like to be able to create a record from the checklist item. Typically it would be an Action Item or Notice to Comply item. This is available on the web version but not on the Mobile app.

Record link on drawing

When creating a record link on the drawing, the drawing is not linked as a reference to the created record. This makes it difficult to go to the record and identify where the record originated.

Label for linked file in the drawing module

When you add a link to the File Library from the drawings module, there is no defining text or label that the markup is linked to a file in the file library. Request for a label such as "File Linked".

Scheduled Auto Email Reports Across Portfolio

Currently, you can print a report for various Document Control items (Action Items, RFIs, Issues) that spans every project in a portfolio. It would be very helpful for this to be a scheduled auto report like with individual projects.

Please add Submittal packages into project sight app

We use submittal packages for all product data and shop drawings and would like contractors to view packages and not register on behalf of project submital distribution and tracking

In Portfolio Settings, Users, Allow us to search projects by Sequence * . That is where Vista syncs our Job Number.

When we are assigning a user to project(s) we can only search by project name. When they are synced from Vista, Job Number syncs to the Sequence * field for the project. The search bar in Users above projects should search in both Name and Sequenc...

VPTeam has a Photo Module why doesn't ProjectSight

The Photos Module is crucial... VP Team has a photos module in the mobile app that allows for photos from you phone to directly be uploaded to a Photos Folder. AND it allows more than one photo to be uploaded at a time.
