Automatic Weather - Canadian Locations

We need more weather options for the Canadian areas. Toronto specifically is needed.

Add User Preference to Disable Help Popups in Budget Screen

When you're moving your mouse around the budget screen you are inundated with popups (Phase Code, Description, Linked to Vista, column headers). They don't disappear until you click somewhere else. Can these be disabled in the user preferences?

Summary of Overdue Items

Provide (1) summary email daily of items that are overdue rather than an email for each overdue item. For instance, if you have 10 overdue items, send (1) email at the end of the day as a reminder instead of 10 individual emails.

Ability to add default users as CC in RFI/Submittals

This is currently not an option. I chatted with Projectsight today about it and the only default users that can be added is for "Assigned to". We have many projects and many CFM's and it would be nice to have them autopopulate instead of me going ...

Dark Mode on App

Dark mode (inverting colours so the background is dark) can greatly help viewing in non-ideal viewing conditions (common on job sites)

Add Project Name to Project Directory

I work with multiple projects at our company and I'd like to see the project name included at the top of the Project Directory. There is no reference at this time to project name or number.

Allow Color Formatted Text to Carry Through to Meeting Minutes Reports

In Meeting Minutes we are able to color and highlight text in the notes area of a meeting topic, however, when you print the report to send to the team or client the color does not come through.

Last Synced Status Should Change Color if it's Over a Day

We have had iPads stop syncing and are very concerned that users may not notice that they are out of date. If the Last Synced message becomes days instead of hours, minutes or seconds, it should turn red so the user is alerted. Or maybe it turns y...

Show Hours on PCO, COR, CO listings

As a self performing subcontractor, labor is very important to us. When we review the list of PCO's, COR's and CO's, the fields available to display do not include the hours. It would be great if that field was available for us.
