Ability to add default users as CC in RFI/Submittals

This is currently not an option. I chatted with Projectsight today about it and the only default users that can be added is for "Assigned to". We have many projects and many CFM's and it would be nice to have them autopopulate instead of me going in and manually adding their names to CC.
