Close a Project

We need a way to close a project by taking the entire project to a read-only state preventing changes, further integrations, etc.

On the Checklist record client wants the ability to add assignees and those assignees to be approvers.

The Checklist limits the approvers to what is selected as approvers in the template. Also Assignees can be added per Checklist item, but that is a lot of clicking to assign a user to all the checklist items. Hundreds at times.
