Setup an initial user interface Home Page/Dashboard where they can see all their assignments across multiple projects. Provide with a project column. Give the ability to view, sort and group per project, due date, etc.

Project Manager Team on Main Project Screen

It would be nice to be able to see the PM or other selected contact from the main screen like it shows up in the sidebar in Spectrum. Maybe a contact widget?

Please allow for the ability to create customized dashboard widget views for security roles. Similar to how you can share a view of a security role if needed.

Portfolio view assigned tasks

there should be a way to view your assigned tasks for all projects in a single page…. A personal to-do list off all projects. Even better if portfolio admin could view others pending items. Just like the one PS has for projects, but for portfolios.

Option to exclude Portfolio Admins from the Project Contacts

When a new project is created, all members of the Portfolio Administrators group are automatically added as project contacts. There should be an option to exclude Portfolio Admins from the project contacts.

Ability to open "Closed" Records

When a record is "closed" it cannot be opened again. The ability to open a closed record to edit should be allowed for a variety of reasons.

Projected Completion Dates - Project Information

Add a custom widget for projected start and finish dates that are manually editable. Currently the work progress is not editable so if you have a contract extension it messes up the widget view on your home screen

On the "Contract Invoices [Summary Page]" report, the "Subcontract Date" should be the date of the subcontract - NOT the date of the owner contract.

Under the job info where you put project details, there is a spot for "Contract Date." If a date is put in there, it will update the subcontract invoices' "Subcontract Date." Really, this "Subcontract Date" should be taken from their subcontract.
