The user grid should include columns for Role, Company, Name, and Project. The user grid should be a listing of every user and every project a user has access to. So if 10 users each have access to 5 projects, the list will include 50 line items, which at first seems cumbersome. But if it displayed rolled up by User, you could expand one user to see her projects. Or if rolled up by project, you could expand a particular project to see who has access to it. Same for Role - show me all my project administrators. Same for Company - expand to show all users for a specific company and what projects they are on.
