In several different modules when a record is finalized a "For Record Copy" is printed (created), and filed (uploaded). Old mentality but hard to get past. An example would be an RFI, Submittal, Pay Application, Contract, etc. A nice feature would be to Attach the "printed" file back to the record when the record is printed or created. As an example, the existing process for an RFI is to "Print" a Record Copy then upload that back to the record for filing and distribution. To simplify this process a checkbox could be added to the "print" popup asking if the print needs to be attached back to the record.
