Measure Tool - Combine Perimeter and Area tools

It requires two processes if a user wishes to calculate the perimeter and the area. Additionally, it appears that measurements can not be overlapped upon one another so a user would need to use one tool for the first calculation, delete that calculation, then use the second tool for the second calculation. That workflow = A LOT OF CLICKS.

Combine the Perimeter and Area tools within the Measurement Toolset into one tool that provides the area and perimeter in one set of clicks.
