Prime Contract Change Orders / Schedule of Values / Display Revenue Amount

When adding a PCCO to a Billing SOV, the Budget amount of the PCCO is added not the Revenue amount. It should be adding the Revenue amount of the PCCO. It can be changed manually but if not caught, the SOV could be adding the wrong value of the PCCO to the billing and cause inaccurate billing values.
