The Change Order documents need to be updated, as they are missing several essential elements required for a complete and accurate Change Order. Key information—such as references to supporting documents (including RFIs and RFOs), the project address, the primary point of contact, and other critical details—is currently absent. At this time, the transmittal cover sheet contains more useful information than the Change Order itself, which should not be the case.
