Print Controls Security Role Settings
There needs to be control regarding the print feature. There is no way to determine what a user can do with the print function. There needs to be control for 'download', 'email' and 'print to file library'. Currently, any user can email documents and the PA has no way of knowing or tracking what was emailed outside of the system. Additionally, the ability to print to file library uncontrolled gives the user the ability to inadvertently attach to all records within the module they are performing which then requires extensive labor to unwind as the software provides no easy or quick way to rectify the error. These issues would not happen if there were additional controls under the "print" feature in the security role settings.
