In a custom Crystal Report, add a function to show the time based on the user's time zone.

Currently, we support a custom formula for displaying a timestamp according to the user's time. If the customer uses the formula name "sys.printedon", then this will display Printed on: and the current date for the user. This request is to make another formula that will display the user's time.
