System notification when a user email-replies on a closed record

In case a user replies to an old System notification, coming from a record which in the meantime has been closed and locked, a default reply should be sent to this user stating this. Now the user is under the assumption he/she has replied, the reply isn't recorded anywhere, Record author doesn't know anything as well
