Provide Copy/Paste function in the Drawings Module for linked objects

I have a detail in my drawings I am linking to a web URL to. This callout occurs in 30+ places throughout the drawings. I would like to copy and paste the annotation inclusive of the URL instead of creating a new annotation and link for each. This function would save considerable time and encourage users to make the most built out version of drawings possible without the discouragement of hours of repetitive clicking. The ability to copy/paste any object within the drawings module would be incredibly useful.
