Currently when selecting a response on the right panel for a workflow step, the text instructs the user to "select a response and add comments below" yet there is no place to enter a comment. Instead, we're being instructed to use the Comments tab. This will not link the comment TO the actual workflow step. If we are using a "reject" type response, we need to be able to enter text to explain the response.
Since the form itself is stating we should be enter a comment "below" the response then the field should exist and it should be linked to the response and not a general comment.
