WorkFlow Managers Should be Security Roles not Individuals
Since we have different PMs and CMs working on different projects, some work on multple, some are only assigned to one, the Workflow Manager setting needs to be a security role. This would then allow all more senior managers the ability to edit the workflows set at portfolio level.
If we setup one user only, how would that work if they don't have access to all projects?
We cannot push the workflow edits to portfolio admins as they are not part of operations and are admins.
For POs, the only ones that should be able to override the workflows are our Sr PMs and CMs on that job. Since each project has 1-2 and are different on each project, we cannot setup a WF manager thus cannot use workflows as of now.
