Please Add Security Role to Workflow Ball In Court Assignees
We do not use the "Project Role" field in the Company Contacts form as that limits that contact to be the same role for any project they are on. We determine a user's role by their Security Role. It is much easier to view and edit a user's security role, which we give most users access to edit, than the company contacts which we restrict access to.
Permissions are setup by Security Role so having the Assignees be something different doesn't match and there too much risk of discrepancies.
By not having the Security Roles listed in the workflow, we cannot setup our steps unless we go through hundreds of company and contacts and manually update these roles. This would also be impossible to maintain going forward since a new user can be quickly added by a site user, but then their project role is blank on the contact setup.
