Adding users to distribution lists at project level
Problem
Currently, we cannot add users to distribution lists at the project level because the system pulls permissions and list management from the portfolio level. Only users with portfolio-level access can adjust these lists, which limits flexibility.
Impact
Each project team is unique. Without project-level control, we cannot tailor distribution lists to reflect the actual team members working on that specific project. This creates delays, miscommunication, and dependency on portfolio admins for routine updates.
Proposed Enhancement
Allow project-level admins to add and manage users within distribution lists for their specific project while keeping portfolio-level lists intact. This would give teams control over their own communication workflows and reduce unnecessary bottlenecks.
