Add AI Financials that will be available to Vista customers

Since we have migrated our financials to ProjectSight, Vista is not always current. It will not include unapproved costs, projections and more so having the JC AI Agents in Vista, will lead to incorrect data.

It would be helpful for customers like us, that migrated, to have this same agent access the ProjectSight financials data, instead of Vista, for Job costs.
