Make Native Fields (Like Building Type) Show Up and Be Required on Project Creation

Right now, marking a native field as “Required” doesn’t matter during project creation because the creation screen ignores it. Users can create a project without filling in critical fields like Building Type, and we’re forced to chase the info down later.

Request:
Let admins choose which native fields appear on the New Project screen and enforce “Required” at creation time — not after.

Impact:
This fixes incomplete project setups, improves data accuracy, and stops integrations and workflows from breaking because key fields weren’t filled in.
