When adding a workflow template to a project it applies to all new records.
Are you having trouble with trying to implement multiple different workflow templates in a record?
Bryan is spot on. The idea of custom workflows is great in theory, but completely useless if we can’t assign them. I’m on a large project right now with a massive register and dozens of submittals requiring different approval routes — we need this functionality to keep things moving. This is a major blocker and needs to be fixed immediately.
