Make the Specification Sets just like the Drawing Sets.

The specification sets are not functional, user friendly and irritating to navigate just to upload and publish/manage documents. There should be an ability to add any missed specs, delete pages instead of just merging it with the previous spec once the specs are processed. This would help workflows and the support staff better help customers because it seems they are more familiar with drawing sets than anything else.
