Export/Archive RFI & Punchlist Data for Record Closeout Hyperlinked with attachments

If the RFI or punchlist items do not have attachments or photos no folder is created and only the record RFI or punchlist PDF is created outside the folder. If the RFI or punchlist items do have attachments or photos the folder is created but not locally linked to the RFI or punchlist record. The current export/archive feature should at least create a folder for each record and the record RFI and punchlist items should be combined in the same folder, so you could at least combine all the files in Adobe or Bluebeam. Currently, the exported punchlist and RFI record PDF are still linked to the PS website database that take you outside the exported files. Is there a way to make the exported files and photos named or numbered like the punchlist or RFI record? This export feature should work like Multivista and build a file structure that is indexed and hyperlinked, so the export works like the PS website but locally. I have also tried to print each record with detail and links but PS seems to glitch after 20-50+- records exported via print to a zip file. How are you supposed to supposed to submit a working index archive to an owner/architect without downloading each file individually and combining in Adobe or Bluebeam?
