Add scaling in the project sight drawings with out calibrating the drawing.

Is it possible to add the ability to scale the drawing when the scale is already known? For example if a plan sheet is already scaled at 1/4 = 1' there is no reason to have to calibrate the drawing to produce a scale, you should just be able to enter 1/4 = 1' similiar to what you would do in livecount. This would really benefit the project manager, foreman, estimators, and other workers in the field.
