Record Printing to PDF

When downloading even modestly sized files from record management modules (RFIs, submittal packages) using the print window and "View" button, sometimes PS will download the file as .htm when "PDF" was selected in the print window.


Please fix the "View" previewer so when I go to download from Chrome it doesn't prompt to save the file as .htm


Additionally, if I select "Download" in the print window drop down, please prompt me to ask where I want to save the file and don't just put it in my Downloads folder.
