To the budget export, add unit price, hours and quantity fields
There are many new fields in the Budget form with Unit Price now available:.
Fields:
Actual Cost this Period Unit Price
Actual Cost to Complete Unit Price
Actual Cost to Date Unit Price
Actual Cost this Period Unit Price
Approximate Commitments Unit Price
Forecast Cost Unit Price
Original Budget Unit Price
Projected Costs Unit Price
Uncommitted Costs Unit Price
... plus several others.
There are also matching fields for hours & quantity as well.
These new fields should be added to the budget export. Export steps:
Open the Budget form
Click on the Import/Export button
Export to Excel
The export only includes the basic fields, but not any of the extra ones that have been added. Add the new fields or possibly add the option to include the new fields.
