I’d like to suggest adding basic text formatting options (such as bulleted or numbered lists, bold/italic text, and text alignment) within the Comments and Description fields across all modules in ProjectSight (e.g., Action Items, Submittals, RFIs, etc.).
Currently, all text appears as a single unformatted block, which makes it difficult to organize information clearly — especially when documenting multi-step instructions, itemized notes, or grouped responses.
Providing simple formatting tools would greatly improve clarity and readability, helping teams communicate more effectively and reducing the chance of errors or missed details.
